What
Is The Brahma Consciousness?
This short class will be an
introduction and a deeper inquiry into the Brahma Consciousness,
that important aspect of the human system relating to the soul and
the mind, and linked with the cosmic Intelligence.
How does the Brahma Consciousness operate? How can we strengthen
its capacity? What is it doing when we are sleeping?
What IS the Brahma Consciousness? How does it function in
relationship to the soul, and to the mind?
This dynamic class will include showing a lecture (on DVD) from Sri
Kaleshwar in India, during the 1999 Christmas program in Penukonda,
discussing the subject of the Brahma Consciousness.

About The Sun & Moon Yantras:
During a incredible Christmas program in Penukonda, India, in 1999,
Sri Kaleshwar gave out two beautiful yantra systems, The Sun (Suriya)
Yantra and The Moon (Chandra) Yantra. These yantras contain
high-powered healing techniques that impact people's lives in
profound ways.
A yantra is an energy diagram, in two dimensions, of universal
energetic mechanisms that exist
 in
multiple dimensions.
These simple-to-draw, mystical yantras provide deep energetic
insights into the solar & lunar mechanisms, both external from and
inside the human system.
During the workshop, students will
learn to draw both yantras, recite the simple mantras associated
with the sun & the moon energies, and practice the easy but powerful
processes associated with these cosmic aspects of Nature.
Materials you'll need for the
course:
• large pad of drawing paper
• colored pens or pencils
• white-out (yes, really!)
• a smooth piece of sturdy cardboard, approx 14" x 14"
• scotch or masking tape
• an old ballpoint pen you don't care about!
&
• some veggie snacks or a potluck dinner item if you're staying for
the fire ceremony!

Fire Homa (Ceremony) To Remove Obstacles
Ganesha, the Lord of Siddhi (supernatural powers), is one of the top
favorite spiritual characters in the Vedic tradition and worldwide.
Everyone loves the elephant-headed expression of the divine energy
that removes any and all obstacles in the lives of human beings; his
appeal is universal because his joyful, powerful energy bestows the
blessing of a miraculous 'smoothing the way', no matter what the
challenges we're facing may be.
Come celebrate the divine quality of removing obstacles!
Come prepared to ask for challenges to be resolved in a beautiful
way, and see what happens!
Keep in mind that the Lord Ganesha is particularly fond of sweets --
you might want to bake a few cookies or bring some truffles to offer
into this sacred fire...!

Why is a group dynamic so important, and a fundamental part of
any serious spiritual undertaking?
One part of the answer lies in a mysterious concept called
'protection circles,' the soul (and angelic) layers of support and
mystical protection that are developed any time more than one or two
people come together to share spiritual practice.
Sri Kaleshwar often cites the story about a group of Japanese monks
meditating at the time the United States dropped the atomic bomb on
the Japanese city of Hiroshima -- IN Hiroshima. The whole city was
reduced to fire and ash but their monastery kept standing and the
whole group of monks was unharmed by the explosion and subsequent
radiation.
Why? Protection circles, because they were
meditating together as a group.
There really is no substitute for group experience, group spiritual
practice, and the support that can be found in a spiritual
community. A group can advance spiritually in a rapid way,
where an individual is more likely to get stuck and flounder.
The satsang experience, on a weekly basis, reminds people who are
committed to living a spiritual life about the importance of
meditation, healing, inspiration, support, love, understanding and
compassion on a day-to-day level, as a practical function of
spiritual discipline. It gives everyone a chance to go deeper into
their spiritual practice and meditation experiences, and to ask
questions along the way about the different stages and adventures of
spiritual life.

Their training was/is in intense spirituality and healing techniques
from a Shiva-Shakti** tradition with Sri Kaleshwara, a miracle

- Take Highway 17 to Mount Hermon Road exit in Scotts Valley.
- Bear left over the highway toward Scotts Valley on Mt. Hermon
Rd. (if you're coming from south) or turn right at end of ramp (if
coming from north).
- Go left at the 3rd traffic light which is Whispering Pines Dr.
on left (and Scotts Valley Dr. on right). There's a 76 gas station
on the left and a Shell gas station on the right at the
intersection.
- Curve on Whispering Pines past a few business buildings --
PARK in the Whispering Pines Business Park. You'll want to
walk a few hundred yards from here -- bring an umbrella if the
weather is wet!
- WALK down until you see the entrance to Vista Del Lago on the
right.
- Turn RIGHT into Vista Del Lago, and you'll see the clubhouse
building directly ahead and slightly to the left of a large pond
(there's a sign marking it as the Clubhouse).
- There are a few parking spaces around the Clubhouse, as well,
but the numbers are growing and these spaces are often full.
- Enter the clubhouse at the pond side (northeast good Vaastu)
along the row of sliding glass doors.
